The PLAYER-Cs Teacher Learning Hub was developed to support preschool and kindergarten teachers in designing engaging, child-centered learning experiences that prepare children for future learning and life. Rather than focusing solely on academic achievement, PLAYER-Cs recognizes that young children develop best when learning integrates play, social interaction, reflection, collaboration, and opportunities to think critically.

Why PLAYER-Cs?

Early childhood education is changing. Today's children need more than the ability to memorize information—they need opportunities to communicate, collaborate, solve problems, regulate their emotions, and think creatively. International organizations, including UNESCO and UNICEF, emphasize that high-quality early childhood education should promote holistic development rather than focusing exclusively on academic achievement.

Philosophy
